No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Opening and closing dates
Entries open at 11am BST on 8 May 2020 and close at 6pm BST on 18 May 2020 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.
Only one entry per person.
Who can enter:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
Entrants Instagram accounts must be set to “public”.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You are not permitted to enter the competition if you are an employee of the Promoter or the Prize Provider, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the competition.
Prize
There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will be a seasonal spa day package for the winner and a guest of their choice (“Exclusive Spa Day”) and 2 x ‘Intense Regimes’ (“Intense Regimes”).
The Spa Day includes:
· 1 x 25-minute treatment per person Back, neck and shoulder massage – 25 mins, facial – 25 mins, body scrub – 25 mins, file and polish on fingers – 25 mins or file and polish on toes – 25 mins; and
· Full use of the facilities.
The Spay Day must be used within 6 months from 20.05.2020.

The Spa Day is provided by Spa Seekers Ltd. (company no 5441953) of 4 Villiers Court Copse Drive, Meriden Business Park, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 9RN (“Prize Provider”).
Any queries in relation to the Spa Day must be directed to the Prize Provider.
Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Spa Day are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable.
If for any reason the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
How is the winner selected?
The winner will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge on [19.05.2020] (“Selection Date”).
The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 28 days of the Selection Date and will be given details of how to accept the Prize.
Failure by the winner to accept the Prize in the manner specified within 14 days of the Promoter’s notification will make any claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.
Other
By entering the competition, the winner grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free right to use the winner’s name, social media handle and image in any promotional material throughout the world in any media.
The winner agrees that the Promoter may disclose their name to other entrants of the competition.
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
